Question Importing maps

I was reading through some of the Openzone threads about map editing... and immediately wondered if maps from other, similar games could be imported into the EQ map database.

As a long-time player of City of Heroes, it would rather amuse me to import one or two 'classic' CoX instance maps as a little surprise now and again for certain LDON instances.

The CoX mission maps are all locked away in .pigg files.... and while there is an open-source Piggviewer program which can extract those files into a .DDS (DirectDraw Surface) format, is anyone aware of a way to convert these .dds file into one that the EQ client would recognize?

Wasn't quite sure where to put this... if one of the mods has a better idea, toss it wherever it belongs.
