Default Server Riddled with bugs !

I made a server for my and my brothers to play on. And it has alot of issues it seems. I've made servers in the past years ago that worked just fine.

These are some of the issues.

/pet attack does not work for some reason, every other pet command works but the ATK does nothing.

There seems to be no experience being awarded for kills as well, i do not understand that either.

Any help resolving these would be fantastic, i'm not sure what to do at this point

Corrupt db install perhaps? Obviously you can't command a pet to attack if its an animation (without the AA), but all other pets should work.

This would be the thing stopping them:

RULE_REAL(Pets, AttackCommandRange, 150, "Range at which a pet will respond to attack commands")

#rules get Pets:AttackCommandRange

what does that return
