Default Removing Place Holders

So i figured out that there are spawngroups and chances on wich mobs can spawn. I whould like to remove the Place Holders on the whole database. Is this possible throu a good sql query?

Im taking a look on a_frenzied_ghoul in gukk and i dont see anything which could help to isolate him in a query. Or is there a type that sais he is a named? So a query without the "a" in the name whould not find him.

Then i see him in two spawngroups, why is that?

And the last thing im not sure about is, if a query whould remove the PHs, is it a problem that the spawnchance isent at 100% when there arent any other npcs in the spawngroup?

Or what happens if the spawngroup is left with 2 nameds and both are on 5% but the whole spawngroup there for only has 10% instead of 100% because the PHs are missing, is that problematic?

maybe removing the PHs totaly is not a good idea because it might brake quests if a wrong "none" named is removed.

how about a query that evens the chance on the spawns in the spawnentry table? ..with rounding in case there are an uneven ammount of mobs. example: 3 mobs like: 33% 33% 34%

EDIT: and can i reload the spawnentry table inside the game? i tryed hotfix, reloadstatic, zheader none help when manipulating it.

The spawnentry table should have a chance column, which is the chance for any one mob in the spawngroup to spawn. You could either remove all other NPCs besides the one you want to spawn or just change the one you want to 100.
