portals

You know how we have books and portals on a server. When you click on "most" they bring you to a certain spot in a zone or whatever.

My question is

1) Where in eqadmin or whatever tool can I find to edit or ADD a place where a person can click (like emp's portal in ssra)

2) How do I edit it?
