Default Monsters missing.

Back with another noob question, sorry... I appreciate all the other help you guys have done though Had my server running on a lan with 3 other people semi-flawlessly yesterday.
But back to the question.... why is it that alot of zones do not have monsters? Is it just they havent been added yet, or do I need to download something?

Its your database, the spawns for the zones that dont have them simply have not been collected yet.

Yes you can. You log into your server and go into an empty zone. You walk to where you want a mob to be and use #spawn to make a mob. Then you use other commands like #npcspawn create to add him to the DB. Then you do this several hundred more times to fill up the zone. And you can do #help to see all the commands and look at the tutorials for more details on how to spawn stuff.
