disciplines and combat abilities

Forgive me if this has already been covered before, but after a number of searches through the archives and after asking quite a few players, I'm still at a loss. Is there a way to gain access to discs/abilities for pure melee characters? So far the only class i've been able to train are warriors, using the class trainer in the freeport militia house.
Also, is there any way to gain frenzy for berserkers? I'd imagine my inability to get these skills is due to GoD being a later expansion than most servers are caught up to.

I appreciate the post, but I'm pretty inept when it comes to coding and scripts and what have you. Ylosh's post might as well have been in spanish :(

Eqemu requires some skill for add some function, like read quest section and try to understand how perl quest working. We don't have easy way for time.
