Default account creation problem...

sorry, i couldn't find this anywhere...
Hi guys, sorry, beginner here..
i have a huge mysql problem... i have the rest of the server set up but i can't create any accounts...
this is the command i am using..
INSERT INTO accounts VALUES (1, 'Admin', '', 0, 'mini', 250, , 0, 0, 0, 0, 'IP of Account')
yet when i enter it or change any of the info i get...
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '1, 'Admin', '', 0, 'mini', 250, , 0, 0, 0, 0, 'IP of Account')' at line 1
i just don't really know where i have to change the IP addy. i have tried one, the other, then both,
i could really use some help guys, i would really appreciate it..
been banging my head against the wall for about 3 hours now...
thanks

I have a strange deja vu feeling here. I am sure I read exactly the same question today but I cant find it ...

*shrug*

Look closely at what you snap&pasted. The 'IP of Account' part could be interpreted as 'Insert the IP of your Account here'. So do it.

Edit: Maybe you should use this Howto:

http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka...MiniLoginSetup

It worked for me.

Btw.: This is not a Windows specific question and should better had gone to Support::MiniLogin

ok, that seems to have worked to a degree..
and sorry, i figured that cause i was using a windows based mysql...
anyway
i created an account, cranked up the client, logged in... am i right that you don't provide a password anywhere in minilogin or did i miss something..
anyway, logged in, my client says "logging into server please wait"
and that's where it sits..
the server says, new client from appropriate ip addy but goes no further...
any ideas...
thanks for all of your help thus far too...

Sounds like you don't have it configured right. Post your config files so we can see if you have it set up right.

If you really don't like typing in the command window, you should use MySQLCC. From there, you can just click on the appropriate field and tables and edit stuff much easier.
