Default Warp detector for windows server?

HI Guys. I have played on the pvp server and seen that if some on is caught cheating porting or sometimes going to locked zones they get ported to a loc. cant cast or move at all and a server wide massage is sent come get your free kill playerX was caught warping . or something like that i would love to find this and add to my server anyone know how to set this up ? if it is for tz/vz server only a custom program let me know. TY

I am guessing that its just a GM watching /who (they see thru anon) and when they see that they go into a locked zone and then do the /movechar player zone location type command, and then use broadcast to say they are there.

could be but it goes off a lot and sometimes if you are running in a zone it will do it like a glitch and most of the time they are no GM's on that server im sure it is a program
