Turbo Bonus System? Keep getting disconnected in 5-10 minutes

I keep getting booted after 5-10 minutes of play. Can anyony explain in detail what I need to do to fix this issue and play? I am new to the game (level . It worked perfectly last night and since I got on today, it has had an issue everytime. Someone mentioned something about a tribute master bonus or something....what is that? I do not understand. I just want to be able to play error free without being disconnected. Can anyone tell me in detail what I need to do to fix this by chance? PLEASE HELP!
