Default Please Please HELP ME

I don't know what I"m doing wrong but this just freezes right here everytime. I've opened my router wide, i've tried I think everything in the forums. I am running windows vista, if someone can tell me why this is doing this I would really appreciate it.

Im a moron too, but I still can't figure out the eqtime.cfg thing. where is it and where does it go?

It's bundled with the downloads on the Download page, although it's not currently bundled with SVN downloads. It doesn't change, so you can also download it separately from CVS.

Once you've downloaded it, just put it in the root of your server folder, where world, zone, etc are located.

However, if memory serves me, you don't have to have the file for your server to work, it will just help get rid of that error message.
