How do i get my titles working for my server?

Upgrade to any of the builds here. Anything past revision 60 or so should include them. That's if you're using Windows and don't want to compile yourself. If you have the ability to compile yourself, running Linux or Windows, you should find everything there that you need.

I believe you will also need to make sure to move the .conf files from your /eqemu/utils directory into the /eqemu directory and overwrite the older files there. This ensures that all of the opcodes in those files are as up-to-date as possible.
