Default weapons disapearing

I just installed titanium. I went to alakzham and found weapons like bloodcaller etc and when i zoned in to plane of innovation my 2 rings and my hand weapons and my charm were gone and i couldnt summon them back. Is there a setting i need to change? I still had all my other gear.

If it is your server, try rebooting it. Sometimes if the admins are messing with the database for loot tables or items, it can cause items to appear to disapear, when they are actually still there. Normally zoning back to a zone that hasn't been restarted (static or has players in it still) will restore the items in your inventory. Server reboot is the only way to completely resolve the issues related to that though.
