Default Widescreen Resolutions?

Does anyone know if it is possible to get EQ to run at widescreen resolutions i.e. 1600x1050?

If it isn't I guess I'll have to deal with changing my resolution a lot lol

I'm currently running 1920x1200 on a 26 inch Samsung Touch of Color. If you can't get in at first, change your desktop resolution to something fairly low like 1280x. Once you get to the login screen, go to options and then select your monitors native resolution or match your monitors current resolution. Log out and reset your desktop to native then log into EQ again and match them again.

This is the technique I use and it has worked for all three clients.

Cool, that worked, running in 1680x1050 now, native res for my monitor, but (as before, forgot to mention it) I cannot switch to fullscreen or EQ will crash (if I change it in eqclient file it crashes before it loads)

any ideas?

I'm having the same issue with a ati radeon 4600 series. I'm assuming this may be an ati problem as there are always driver issues with most games. Just wanted to let you know you're not alone with this problem.
