Flame Lick

I tried to scribe the spell Flame lick to my spell book and it says I need to reach level 9 in order to scribe it. It also locks me up partially when I do try and scribe it, the only thing I can do is camp and come back in. I do not have the fire beetle eye as of yet, but i didnt think that was a issue for scribing it just casting.

The spell works fine. That being said, from my experience, lock-ups like that happen when you're using a different spell file than the one on the server you're playing on or something of the sort.
