Missing POP Flags

Could you plz look into missing flags for me.
I have done RZTW twice with my guild and have hailed PP both times
go to sear says complete.
Same with Agrarr shows complete, then next time I go they are gone from list.
GL getting a bit testy having to reflag me and cant seem to finish flagging for EP...
