Chars do not start out in tutorial and have no items.

Quick question, I just want to make sure that my database is correct.

Is it the correct behavior for new chars to start out in their starting cities halas/etc (Even though I get a message that says "entering the mines of gloomingdeep")?

They also start with no items or anything.

I am just curious if I missed a source file, because that's whats been killing me since I don't know where to "start" with the incremental db_dump.

UPDATE:
I probably had not moved all of the utils and folders into the EQ directory and that may have been why the chars were not spawning with items. (prays his DB is still good)

They're still starting out in halas/kaladim, but it may be because I'm using titanium vanilla client?

Additionally, I recommend that anyone setting up a server also use this guide:

because the new setup requires specific files to be in the server directory, like perl scripts and things.
