Default Need alittle more help..=) plz..hee hee

ok i'm back..

well i'm using win XP ...i check to make sure my firewall thing was off..and my anti virus things were off..and i set everything right..just by the book..lol and i get to the server select screen and 1- it dont show my server name that i put.
2- it keeps booting me back doing that crapy error 1017..
i did that cmd prompt thing flaging account and all..i did the patchme thing as well..and i'm using the eqwindow thing like ppl told me and still nothing..was i not suppose to patch or somting? i dont know whats going on..well if theres any more info on getting it to work i'm listening.=) ty for the support guys..

on my world server it says this..is this whats wrong with my emu?

using database 'eq' at localhost
EQEMu 0.3.11 - Wechselwirkende Spieler
Loading zone names & items...
EMuShareMem.dll loaded.
Loading items from database...
...done.
[WorldServer] block not found in LoginServer.ini.
Loading guild ranks...done.
World server listening on : port 9000

is that block not suppose to be there..lol help..=)

Check your LoginServer.ini file.
Make sure it says [WorldServer] instead of [WorldConfig]

Remove the account= and password= lines from your LoginServer.ini. When these are blank it causes your worldaddress to bind incorrectly, often causing problems.

this is what it says in my loginserver.ini..should i change that
[loginconfig] to [worldserver] ? well i'm going to try to delete the account = and the password= see if that works..ty for helping me ..=)

Default ok ...

ok..i'm getting closer..lol now ..what i did was changed the
[LoginConfig] to [WorldServer] and now i'm able to see the server name i made up..but i still cant get in..does that 1017 error crap....now my mini loggin says loginconfig block cant find..lol so should i just add that in or what? and how would i be able to get in the game to at lease character select? on my boot5zones thing when it loads up at the end it says connecting to 127.0.0.1 and somthing else like 9000..is that right? hold on let me write it down here..hee hee

ok it says connected at worldserver: 127.0.0.1:9000
thats right? well let me know..ty guys..

ok nm ..i just set everything ..and everything runs fun with the boot up windows..but it keeps saying error 1017....
i thought my nortons anti virus was bothering it so i shut it down and i turned off my firewalls..but nada...i dont know whats wrong..well if anyone gets it to work let me know how..ty..
