Default EQW start up problems

Ok here goes,

1. Runnign EQW 2.3
2. Trying to log into EQ so i can just play on someone's server
3. tried with latest patched Everquest and tried with freshly installed everquest.
4. running 733mhz 512ram geforce2 mx which runs everquest and SoL just fine. Only get lag in bazaar, sound card is the original .

Heres the problem. I installed EQ again, Installed EQW again, changed Eqhost.txt. Clicked on EQW with only the "fixeqclient.ini" box checked ( was checked by default ).
My resolution changes a couple times and it boots me back to my desktop showing this :

i click accept and it shows this in return :

Any ideas on what i am doing wrong?

Oh and if you cant see it well, that is hte user license agreement it is showing. for everquest that is

I'd recommend that you re-install EQ and EQEmu. Make sure you patch EQLive and then change the host file etc. After that go to http://www.eqemu.net/ and download the fix file. Also might want to un-check all of the boxes ...not sure if that'll help though.
