UF Client HP and mana regen

I've noticed that my HP go both up and down on my Iksar SK if I just sit there doing nothing- so they will go up, say 6 points, then back 3, then up 6 again. Eventually they max out at whatever 100% is and stays there.

Is this just a UI bug?

That is client server differences.
