Problem with website

I've recently come back to EQEmu after a 4 year absence and wanted to see what kind of accounts and characters I had.

I noticed that I had an EQEmu account for each of my two e-mail addresses. I'm able to log into one of them but not the other - is there a rule against having more than one account from the same IP address?

Every time I try to log the other EQEmu user/pw to view my Loginserver Accounts I'm given a message stating I am either not allowed to access that information OR my account has been inactivated.

Any help?

I have the same problem with my disused "Shalun" account of more than three? or four? years. With that account I cannot post or PIM, thus was forced to create a new account.

I have not been lucky enough to catch the eye of the right person.

Anyone a forum administrator that can assist with account issues?
