Default Wiki Down?

Hi everyone! Re-re-re-returning to Eqemu! I can't exactly remember the steps to configuring everything and it looks like the Wiki is gone? Has it moved? Getting a blank black screen at startup and wanted to figure out what I did wrong. Thanks!

There's a manual fix that you can perform for the time being.

Click on the wanted link and allow the 404 page to come up, then manually replace the url address portion with this ip address: 108.61.129.166

That seems to work for the links that I have tried - with the exception of the wiki main page.

EDIT:

I know it's a pain..but, until all of the DNS servers update their translation tables to point to the new ip address, there's not much we can do.
I was not aware when I wrote this that the old wiki is not going to be on the new address. Please look for new messages concerning the
activation of the new wiki. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

(For the time being, the old wiki is still accessible using the ip replacement method.)

NOTE: There have been some changes since the guide was last updated. If you can not find what you need in the forums, post specific
questions in the proper support forum and we'll see what we can do to help.

EDIT: One of the higher ups gave this for a working wiki home page: http://108.61.129.166/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=HomePage
But, you will still have the issue of broken links to fix.

Thanks! Can't seem to get it to work. I figure it has to do with my graphic settings, but until I run EQ for the first time there's nothing written into the eqclient file to change. Eqhost is set to the new paramaters, my shortcut is right, and it launches, but I just get a black screen with the EQ cursor and then hangs.

So, you don't even get to the 'Accept Terms of Use' screen?

Got the Wiki to work, thanks much! Also ran my OptionsEditor.exe to get to my graphics setting, but still to no avail. Wondering if this distro (Titanium) is faulty and I should try a different one?

Most people prefer the Underfoot one for various reasons, although some of the bigger custom Emu servers don't support it. However I'm not sure if it is still available through legal means.

I've seen legal copies of Ti listed for over $700 on Amazon..it can be hard to find.

Try setting your desktop to a 4:3 or 5:4 ratio resolution and see if that gets you into the game.

If that works, you should be able to make some adjustments in-game..and possibly set your desktop back to a 'normal' resolution.
