Default In Search of Everquest Titanium Files for p99 - Can Anyone Offer Assistance?

I'm trying to play Everquest on p99, but I'm unable to purchase the required Titanium files. I was wondering if someone could provide me with access to these files online? If anyone can offer any assistance or guidance on how I can obtain the files, it would be greatly appreciated.
