eqemulator is not sending emails

Support::General Support Post all topics here having to do with errors while trying to connect to an EQEMu server but not about the setup/running of the Server itself.

eqemulator is not sending emails

Im trying to log back in to my account, and that requires password changes. That wouldn't be a problem IF the password reset process actually worked on this site.

this website isnt sending emails out for me to continue the process so until that happens, im locked out.

Is anyone there or is this site dead?
