Run -Time Error '70' Permission Denied

Well, the first two times I tried to get on it all went well, then now its saying "Run-Time Error '70' Permission Denied" when I haven't done anything different from the first two times...any help would be great. I looked through forums didn't find anything about this error so making new topic...
