Looking for the most complete Database

Hi, I have recently started a server on EQEMU.net and I am aiming at running it 24/7 with minimal downtime for maybe a weekly reboot. My bigest problem is the fact that I am not real happy with my current database. I have sourced everything I can get my hands on including Telmets updates for spawns and loot and that is working out well, however I am looking for anything that anyone may have done that involves actual agro and faction.

Also I have seen a huge problem with the chance to hit and damage done. testing at all levels it seems all mobs are simply too strong, like an orc pawn consitantly getting 65pt damage in on a 65 warrior :(

Any info would be greatly appreciated and would benefit many. This server will be a great place for people to go that are looking for a server that will allways or close to it be running.
