EQgame.exe giving me probs

When i start up patcher i got all the files and it says starting EQ then all the sudden a EQgame.exe message thing comes up and says "Eqgame.exe has encountered a problem and is going to close. Sorry for inconvience." Anyone know how to fix it or what its doing?
