Runtime error 70?

Anyone know why I keep getting runtime error 70?

yeah, ok your getting a runtime error 70 because i thinks your running double programs....when u get the error, hit Controll+alt+delete and 2 Emu patchers will be there, end the task for one of them....that was one of the many problems i had....i cant even get in and ive been tryin to for weeks
