Default Color Flux Line
Been seeing on some servers where the enchanter color flux line.. (point blank aoe stun for those not aware of it's effect) gets a message of target not in range. major spell line for the class..

This should be fixed in CVS, along with AlterPlane spells. Someone put in some area spells checks.. but did not take into account caster based ones.
