world.exe problems

Oh, raging horror, the world.exe problems. I went on IRC and someone attempted to help me, but nothing helped. Hence, I'm posting it on the forum, and maybe SOMEBODY WILL have an idea.

4) If you are having WORLD.EXE errors, please provide the following information:

a) What error you are having and when you are having it. - When I run world.exe, it just seems like it can't connect to the MySQL server, even though I have it running. Every few lines I get Database Error: Lost connection, attempting to recover... and also some DB Query Error #2006: MySQL server has gone away.

b) What OS (Operating System, IE: Windows 95) you are using - Windows 98. Probably stupid of me, but I don't really care. I've had it run on 98 in the past.

c) What EMU Version (IE: 0.3.7) you are using - 0.4.4, although I tried 0.4.3 and got the same problems.

d) What you are connecting to (Minilogin, Publiclogin, Logging/Hosting into eqlogin.eqemu.net) - eqlogin.eqemu.net

e) Paste the text out of these files:
