Question about (or idea about) a radical kind of server

I was just wondering if anyone has been working on a server that is a total mod of EQ. Like totally new zones (usuing OpenZone), NPCs, etc. Granted, this would take a -TON- of work and time, but I think it has the potential to bring a whole new aspect to the game. I know you can't exactly change models, but you can change content almost completely. A complete overhaul of EQ would probably take years....but I think that it's almost silly to not use these amazing tools the devs have given us to their full potential. I've been working on some ideas of my own and have an operational server with a little totally original content, but I simply don't have the bandwidth to make it go live >_<

So with that said, I'd appreciate it if anyone that has been working on a server like this (if anyone else at all has) to send me a PM. And well if I can get enough of the right people interested, I'd love to start a project like this once 0.5.0 is released. Understand that this is no minor task and could take eons. I just think it would be the ultimate in world building Let me know if you've got any thoughts on this.
