Ok... Everything is set up perfect but when my friend hits connect after he types in his station name and pass it says EQHost Not Found Error 1010. Any ideas?

Please post the text within eqhost.txt so we can figure out what you did wrong.

What is up with people saying everything is perfect, BUT they can't use the emu.... To top it off they never post what they did/didn't do that was perfect, yet still expect someone to magically know what is wrong.

People please look at what you post and decide if anyone else besides you has a clue about what you did and are asking for help with. Remember no one was looking over your shoulder as you tried to get EQEmu installed and running. Unless your khuong and half the regulars on IRC have your VNC password

I don't mind helping someone that's new to the Emu but, I'll be damned if im going to do all the work fixing their problems for them. There is a search engine, stickys, a FAQ, a Readme, and No Excuse for being lazy.
Most of the time these messages contain two posts; the thread starter with the problem,(Plez Hlp me!!!!!), and My post, and thats the end of it. I don't know if the problem was resolved or if they just decided that it was to much work.

I'm cutting this rant short. I wasn't going to say anything till Lurker got me started. :P
