Crashing before character select. Need help.

I moved from p99 to rise of zek without checking out their website. Everything was working fine until my main hit lvl 15. Now I crash back to the server select before ever getting to character select. I decided to look at the rise of zek website and discovered that I needed their server specific patch files after lvl 15. I downloaded the patch and extracted to my everquest folder. I still get booted back to the server select screen. My other account with a lvl 14 character can still log in.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me to try?

Update: I performed a fresh install of EQ Titanium. I followed the ROZ instructions to the letter. I downloaded and extracted the patch to my Everquest folder. I deleted reccomended files. I set a shortcut to Eqgame on my desktop, and added patchme. The same issue persists. One station username and login works, the other crashes.

Anybody got any ideas???
