Game freezes after I try to join a server.

I can't join any of the servers without EQgame from crashing. Anybody know how to fix this or what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

did you buy eqtitanium? or do you have a backpatch? if you dont you are screwed, and you will not be able to play.

Hey, i've got the same problem as this guy, I've been playing EQ normally, but don't have titanium, got the oldschool cds and downloaded the newer expansions, YKesha onwards. I had to patch to live so that i could get the zone content etc. so i don't know why i can't load up any servers. I've done exactly what the play guide told me to do, is there any hope of me being able to log into the emulator servers?

Edit - Just found a thread that states that only titanium is supported, was wondering if this is true or not.

Titanium Now Supported - Do not patch to live, but 0.7.0 adds support for fresh Titanium installs.

i haven't got titanium though, that's just it. I just found eqemulators and decided i wanted to give it a go from playing normal EQ.

The EQ that i have installed is from Kunark, Velious, Luclin and PoP Discs, the rest of the expansions (all but PoR) are downloaded. I had to patch all the time to actually play the game, but now i want to try the emulator servers. Is this not possible at all?

What about checking in the wiki, the forum, and the net about it?
I had same problem when I started and figured it out after seeking 20 long mins..

Gonna save your time.. no you can't play if you don't have correct version.
So to save more time.. try to look for something called EQvercheck

The quick answer is nope.

You need a compatible client, and asking how to get one will result in a ban.
