It is the server. If they aren't on the list, then they either lost connection to the login server or they are completely down. Either way, you can't get back on until it is restarted.

Must be a more serious issue, as the automatic server restart was scheduled over 2 hours ago and the server still isn't showing up.

Our ISP is doing maintenance like I warned about on the forums a bit ago. It just took longer to get to us than I thought.

In a very strange turn of events, I can't provide an update because the building the server is housed in can't be accessed because Obama is staying in a near by hotel. They aren't allowing people in the surrounding builds I guess. How crazy is that?
