Try downloading GeorgeS Quest Editor tool from his website. You can find the link in his section of the forums.

It has example quests built in and should include both of what you want and then some.

i've downloaded most of the tools from there that was one of them, they don't seem to work. where should is extract the files to i think that may be my problem. when I try to load it i get this error "MYSQL connection failed!- check db.ini and did you install ODBC drivers"....now what are the ODBC drivers? installed everything from step to step in the forumns i don't remember that tho.

Look on his website where you downloaded his tools from. Towards the bottom of the downloads section, you should see a MyODBC Drivers file to download. Get that and install it. And then make sure you run the register_ocx.bat file in the resources directory of any tool you want to run. After those 2 things are done, the tools should work great as long as you configured the db.ini file properly.
