Default Levels ?

So how high can people get up to by just playing on a eqemu server?

Also if I wanted character's to be able to level to 80 - 85 or even higher how is this done? I am not even sure if characters can get past 65? someone had stated they might not be able to.

You can set your rules for max level and max exp level to any level you want and that is what players will be able to level to. Though, I think the source code is set to be capped at level 127. You should be able to change that in the source if you want, but no matter what, the highest possible level would be 254, since the setting is an int8, which maxes at 255.

For some reason people are saying they can't level past level 65?

how would I change this? where is the source?

You should just change it in your rule_values table.
