grid oneway

I had set a npc to grid one way and depop at the end with a respawn timer of 150 sec. The problem is that the npc is not respawning at all unless I repop the zone. It was working before but now it's not working at all unless I do a repop. Was there a change in a code or something?

Split the function to depop with/without spawn timer in r1959.

Type 4 will allow it to respawn using the timer while type 6 will not.
