Can someone explain exactly what 1017 is.

There are multiple causes to this problem.

You're just going to have to read through all the previous posts already on this topic to understand the causes and solutions.

I reccomend you start with the few sticky posts on the subject and work from there.

I will say this, generally it has to do with network settings.

ive read them all over and over, it just confuses me more so than when i first had the problem lol.....
