Default Suspendedbuffs for Zones

It seems "field200" inside the spells_new table dictates if the client thinks the buff should continue to tick down.

If it is a beneficial buff with field200 set to 0 ... the buff will continue to tick down, however, it will not actually lose any real duration.. as when you zone the server updates your buffs back to what they were.

I am guessing these buffs are meant to tick away even in suspendedbuff zones.. but not sure how they were handled on live.

But if you think its a really annoying visual error.. setting "field200" to 1 for all beneficial buffs will keep the client from giving the visual error of the buff ticking down.

Just shooting this information out there if anyone else runs across this issue.

Can't think of anything that ticks down on live in suspended buff zones. Songs go from 23-18-23 but songs are buffs are not exactly the same, close but different.
Hmm think summon banker vet aa is the only one that will fade in suspended zone. Not like it matters for emu.

Lesson of the Devoted on my newer database would tick down (visually) inside suspended buff zones. (server side it was max duration)

I changed that field and swapped my spell file and it no longer visually ticked down.
