DB Addon Help

Does anyone think they could give me the updated spawns.sql
i dont understand it, but when i go to change the ,, to ,255, it wont let me edit anything, and its REAL laggy.
i mean, i have 512mb Ram, and 1ghz processor, and its laggy?

well i hope someone can hook me up
