Bad Password in World.exe

Well, I downloaded the newest versions, unzipped them, read the readme files and faqs, tried to get the emu to run (local one) and it doesnt work!
So I did the obvious thing and searched my brain and these boards for over an hour but still cant figure out what im doing wrong...

Anyhow heres my problem:

MiniLogin:
LoginServer.ini read.
MiniLoginAccounts.ini read.
Server mode: Standalone
Login server listening on port:5999
New TCP connection: 127.0.0.1:1038
Bad Password: #1 127.0.0.1:1038
Dropping Connection: 0.0.0.0:0

World:

Now I tried all the stuff i found on the forums like GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES and it still wont work, I changed the password and username and it still doesnt work...

I know this is a slightly old post, but I am having the exact same problem and have searched everything on this board with no luck. Please help!
