Confession!
Ok everyone wanna know a little secret...
I am Kyle9, Cowz, and CK-KILLA. I was all the same person and I tricked the devs by registering multiple e-mails and tricking out of the IP ban. I'm sorry for ever even thinking about asking for malicious coding and I PROMIS never to do that again. I asked my friends online (all from RoAR clan) if they could help me out with the votes. I just really wanted my old account back... I mean 192 posts and it showed I was rly devoted to eqemu. I know I never really helped out with codes or anything. The only job I really wanted was to develop your guys Logo or some designs because I know in the future im sure I could help you out more then I ever could before. I have kept my homepage on my computer set for eqemu for a year, and evertime I visit it I check my posts praying I dont get banned. If you remember I was banned as CK-KILLA, then for Kyle9, then for Cowz. I wont trick anyone ever again, but if you find it perfectly necessary.... ban me again.... :cry:
I know and can almost garauntee you will devs because anything you see that is a possible offence you get rid of them right away. I have PHP forums also and have banned many people but have forgiven ppl who wrote me in e-mail for an appology. It might not work that way with you guys cause I sent Merth and appology letter and he didnt let me off, neither with dev/n00b. Even through all that I think you guys are the best project team out there...

lets see, i dont know the story of CK-KILLA, but with Kyle9 you wanted to place a program on someones machine without their knowledge, weather it be a d2 drop thing or a back door trojan, get banned for that then make up Cowz, and call people liars when they saw through your stunt.
all i see is LIES LIES and more LIES
you defeted the ip ban, created numerous accounts to continue to harass a comunity that doesnt want you arround.
take 2+ years to grow up and learn to act as a responsible person and not a little fucktard.

I'm sure he appreciates that, but it isn't going to get you un-banned. There is no point breaking lots of forum rules, insulting people, lieing, but then apologising saying you won't do it again (when you have already been banned 3 times) and expecting to be un-banned because you 'promise'. Sorry, but I think you've blown your last chance. I can't see your account lasting much longer.

OMG, you are expecting a rerpieval (do you know what that means) over this issue, when you first did something that nobody here wants to be a part of, THEN you totally lied to us all " I am writing on the behalf of my buddy kyle9". I have NO sympathy for people like you because you have no remorse when you do the things you do to other people. Hacking someone else's computer IS punishable by law (yes, look it up). The only reason you have not been punished is because it cant be proven. But, Ill let you in on a little secret. Law enforcement agencies are coming up in the world of cyber, and have whole teams of dedicated forensic detectives. Trust me on this.. I once caught someone hacking my emails and reading them. They thought it was no big deal (the person hacking), so I called an attourney to find out what I could do, and sure enough they sent agents to my house to investigate. Also to the ISP in questioin. The hacker was accross state lines so it was the F.B.I. that came. Of course I used to work for this ISP so I already had most of the info that they needed to bust them. Needless to say that hacker is in jail now...
Bottom line hackers of your sort (read malicios, and remorsless) can be not only prosecuted by criminal law, but also by civil law. That means one can also be sued for money by the victim...
There are two definitions of hacking. One is what they do here, and it is mainly referred to as reverse engineering. The other is for personal gain. The latter is the one that gives ALL hackers a really bad name. The former is usually for educational purposes. To learn how something works...Now if you would like to get into a moral debate, you will lose every time, as you HAVE none.
Also, have some pride. Be a man, accept the punishment for which you deserve, instead of cheating AGAIN with yet ANOTHER account here, and begging like a little school girl.

I think, then in order to not get innocent posters/players banned also, you should follow the posting, wheras you contact his ISP abuse center, and even so far as CC FBI.... This problem WONT go away, unless you take more drastic steps Trump.. :(

Aye, in that scenario it may be best just to contact his ISP and have them deal with him. I'm sure his parents will deal with the matter 1st hand once their ISP calls to have a lil 'talk' with them regarding his actions.

contact his ISP...have them deal with the problem...i personally dont want any worms or virii on my computer...and i definately dont want him getting ahold of any of my personal information
