Default Bard Modifiers

Ok for some reason none of the bard instrument modifiers seem to work. Selo's seems to be about sow speed and doesn't change no matter what drum you use. And all the dmg songs do their base dmg no matter what. All of the fear songs always say they require a component, with or without an instrument equipped. Oh and bard's dont run right while playing songs....they seem to "stop" while still moving to play their instrument...looks kinda weird.

Bards always get the short straw. Hehe... that sucks. Hopefully that gets fixed soon. Probably due to bards being such an oddball class. Harder to fix them than the others.

I posted a fix in the development forum for the instrument issue (not for the song modifier issue). It simply allows instruments to work as they should in regards to them being equipped. Additionally, it fixes the problems with bard songs dropping before they are refreshed (which screwed up bard invis working). I don't think it was ever committed, however.

The song modifier issue is trickier..when I was working on it with the last release I couldn't immediately see how the client knows if there is a modifier on a buff he currently has applied, or a new buff that was just applied - I didn't do a lot of testing in that area, as there are a fair amount of unknowns, so maybe the bard song modifier's offset isn't known?
