5) Extract Compiled-Perl-Win32.zip to C:\EQEmu\, then extract EQEmu-0.6.1-DR1-Perl.zip to the same directory and ensure you *OVERWRITE* world.exe, zoneperl.exe, and emusharemem.dll
did you unzipp both those into c:\eqemu
