Renaming Area won't work because we are setup for the new zone and all old references have been removed. The sad thing about this whole thing is, you land at the exact coords that you should, but you still appear to be underworld. Even worse this worked before on PEQ (during testing I zoned back and forth at least a dozen times) and nobody has changed it.
EDIT: I'm an ass, the zone in heading was wrong. It's been corrected now. I'll also add the zone out point as well, need a NPC with a proximity for that.
