Hey Swish, If you still read this thread, I got a few things you could try.

1. First off would be to restore the DSL Router back to factory settings. Make sure to write down your username, password and access concentrator for the PPPoE side incase it dumps these settings. If you dont know where those are, Call your ISP and get them. After factory reset, see how things work.

2. Buy a run of RJ-11 and take it straight from the NID(Phone Box) to the location where your DSL Router is. Wire it to a new spot in the box to prevent interference from other lines.

3. Buy a better name router like Linksys or Belkin, turn your DSL Modem to bridged mode and in the New Router, set it to connect via PPPoE and use the information from option 1.

4. Make sure that you have DSL filters (Right ones) on all phones in house. One phone that doesnt have a filter will cause connection drops on your DSL modem.

Hope this helps out.

As you are more than aware of the ongoing issues with the change in hosting, there is nothing that we can do to try to help this. The wierd part though is that you should still see the servers when logging in, if you make it to that point. Normally though, people are expirenceing the eqgame.exe crash error.
