Cannot login due to ip being "temp blocked" please read

hello, i am new to the eq forums, i am not new to eq however, but i am trying to log in to start playing with my friend, and my ip address is not allowing me to login any new accounts for project 1999 the ruins of kunark. my account is varkatzas20 .. my ip address is 184.33.116.228 . Yesterday I was trying to start playing at my home with one of my friends and we both tried logging on separate accounts (not two boxing) but so we could play together at the same house. this is what basically locked me out. if you could please unlock my ip address 184.33.116.228 i would be very appreciative and I promise to all that reads this i will not ever make trouble on this game. thank you.
