Black Floors in some zones

I'm not sure if this is a common thing, but a few newer zones have black floors/walls inside buildings. Toxxulia (Kerran area in 414) and Open Sea (431-435).

Anyone know a fix for this? Guessing it's a Globalload thing, but not sure.
