Database tool.

Hey everyone.

I'm considering making a database management tool (editing, adding/removing items, that kind of thing), but I have zero desire to create my own diagrams of the database structure.

Is there a nice document out there which shows the tables, their contents/relationships/constraints, and all of the rest of it?
