Zone.exe crushed when I kicked Boot5zones.bat

My probrem is "crush zone.exe" when I kicked Boot5zones.bat.

> a) What error you are having and when you are having it.
Crush zone.exe and new window pop up, and that window shows me "do you want to send this error message to MS?" or "you dont send this error message to MS".

I kicked Minilogin.exe and World.exe, then 2 windows shows me

Next, I Kicked Boot5zones.bat and....

and another window pop up and shows me "crush zone.exe".
